Team Lead - Workforce Management (Real Time Analysis & Scheduling)

Overview

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy is hiring for a permanent Team Lead role in Workforce Management (WFM) with expertise in Real Time Analysis and Scheduling, based in Coimbatore. The position requires thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple WFM tools and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end WFM processes focusing on Real Time Analysis and Scheduling.
• Lead a team effectively with at least two years of documented people management experience.
• Utilize WFM tools such as IEX, Avaya, Genesys, and Nice for efficient workforce scheduling.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduates or postgraduates from any discipline.
• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in WFM, particularly in Real Time Analysis and Scheduling.
• Proficient in workforce management platforms including IEX, Avaya CMS, Genesys, and Nice.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Flexible to work night shifts within a 24/7 operational environment.

Additional Details and Terms

• Work location: Office-based role in Coimbatore.
• Working days: 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• Shift: Night shifts as per business requirements.
• Transportation: Two-way cab service provided.
• Notice period: Immediate availability preferred up to 30 days.
