Role Overview
This opening is for a Team Lead in Service Desk / Technical Support. The role is based in Hyderabad and is intended for someone who can manage support operations, guide a team, and handle escalations in a technical support environment.
Key Responsibilities
The position involves leading a service desk team, supporting technical troubleshooting, and ensuring service quality targets are met. The team lead is expected to manage operational performance, oversee ticket handling, and help maintain standards around response time and resolution metrics.
Requirements
Candidates should be graduates with at least 4 years of total experience in Service Desk or Technical Support, including 1 year of Team Lead experience on paper. Immediate joiners only will be considered. The role is for work from office, with 5 working days, 2 weekly off days, and night shifts.
Candidate Profile
The preferred background includes hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, DNS, Windows troubleshooting, service desk operations, ticketing systems, and ITIL practices. Applicants should also have documented Team Lead experience.
Compensation
The offered CTC is up to 11 LPA.
