Role Overview
This position is for an experienced Learning & Development Team Lead responsible for managing a group of coordinators and specialists, ensuring smooth program delivery and operational excellence within the L&D function.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 6 to 10 Learning & Development Coordinators and Specialists.
- Oversee the program delivery calendar while planning team capacity efficiently.
- Ensure high data quality within the LMS, adherence to SLA metrics, and maintain learner satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support the professional growth of team members.
- Serve as the point of contact for escalations related to complex learner or content challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition and HR Administration teams to manage cross-functional processes.
Required Skills and Expertise
- In-depth hands-on experience with Workday Learning platform is essential.
- Strong capabilities in team coordination and managing performance.
- Proficient in analyzing LMS data and monitoring learning analytics.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with Client HR and Center of Excellence stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency with HCM platforms, case management tools such as ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce, or Zendesk, and advanced MS Excel and Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Any graduate degree (Bachelor's level or equivalent) is required.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development roles.
- At least 2 years leading teams, with overall professional experience ranging from 4 to 6 years.
