Tally Software Sales & Service Executive

About the Role

This opportunity involves selling and providing support for Tally Accounting software in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. There are two distinct positions: a Field Sales Executive and an Inside Sales Executive (Tele Sales) focused on customer engagement and software promotion.

Field Sales Executive Responsibilities

• Market and sell Tally Accounting software to both new prospects and existing customers.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and meet clients face-to-face.
• Complete software installations and offer basic technical support.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to expand business opportunities.

Tele Sales Executive Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and current customers through telephone communication.
• Promote and sell the Tally software telephonically by understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM or databases and coordinate with sales and technical teams for onboarding and support.

Candidate Requirements

• Age between 21 and 35 years.
• Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
• For Field Sales: Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license and be willing to commute using bike or public transport.
• For Tele Sales: Female candidates with persuasive customer handling skills, particularly fluency in Tamil, and good basic computer literacy.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills are essential for both roles.

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000, adjusted according to experience.
