Tally Executive

Role Overview

We seek an experienced and customer-oriented Tally Support Executive to join our team at Banyan Enterprise Solutions and Technologies in Coimbatore. The selected candidate will be responsible for offering both technical and functional assistance to current users, resolving issues related to Tally Prime and ERP 9, and managing installations and software configurations.

Key Duties

• Deliver technical support to Tally users via phone, remote tools like Anydesk/TeamViewer, and on-site visits.
• Identify and resolve software issues related to Tally products.
• Assist clients with installation, configuration, and upgrading of Tally software.
• Provide training sessions to customers to help them utilize the features of Tally efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer problems and how they were resolved.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in Tally software support or relevant accounting roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and fundamental accounting principles.
• Effective communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
