About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and recruitment teams to evaluate current and future talent requirements and design effective hiring plans.
- Expand candidate pools by identifying unique, diverse, and non-traditional talent sources beyond common recruiting channels.
- Establish and sustain connections with target talent communities to support both immediate and future staffing objectives.
- Develop engaging candidate outreach strategies through personalized communication, storytelling, networking, and community engagement.
- Utilize advanced sourcing methods such as Boolean search and specialized recruitment platforms to find qualified candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates, considering qualifications, compensation expectations, and other relevant factors.
- Deliver market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, hiring challenges, and workforce opportunities.
- Formulate sourcing strategies guided by data analytics, candidate behavior, and recruitment metrics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure adherence to recruiting policies, regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Share best recruiting practices, tools, and frameworks to enhance sourcing efficiency across teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, human resources, recruiting, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment involving multiple roles and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines through creative and diverse sourcing channels including professional communities and forums.
- Strong understanding of talent markets with the capacity to translate insights into actionable recruitment plans.
- Competence in using data and analytics to evaluate sourcing performance and optimize hiring outcomes.
- Excellent written communication skills to craft personalized outreach that resonates with technical and specialized professionals.
- Experience supporting global recruitment teams and handling multi-region hiring processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting technologies and innovative sourcing tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational prowess with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
