Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Talent Management Coordinator to enhance our expanding Talent Management team. This pivotal role involves managing the daily functions of the talent management department including campaign coordination, invoicing processes, and communication facilitation between creators and brand clients. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and progress into a Talent Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist top-performing Talent Managers in executing campaigns from initiation through completion, managing daily interactions with brands, agencies, and creators.
- Conduct market research and identify potential creators and brand partnerships.
- Perform diverse daily assignments as directed by Talent Managers, demonstrating flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Ensure professional and timely communication between brand clients and creators.
- Manage invoicing processes, coordinating with accounting to secure payments.
- Attend client meetings to gain understanding and insights from industry experts.
- Oversee campaign data in the CRM system, updating contracts, payment details, and campaign specifics.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year relevant experience, either through internship or full-time employment in a related sector.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively, adapting quickly with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills suited for collaborative remote team environments.
- A keen interest in the creator economy, possessing knowledge of social media trend dynamics and influencer engagement.
