Role Overview
This is a 12-month fixed-term assignment for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Australia. You will primarily provide comprehensive recruitment support to Australian teams, particularly in Water and Energy sectors, while also collaborating with teams across the broader ANZ region and occasionally supporting recruitment efforts in Asia.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition APAC, you will serve as a strategic and tactical recruitment partner, collaborating closely with hiring managers and the broader people team to attract and secure high-quality talent aligned with the organization's future goals. This role suits someone who thrives on building strong internal relationships and managing end-to-end recruitment with a consultative and proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Anticipate and plan for future hiring demands through proactive partnership with the business.
- Develop and manage talent pools focused on critical talent areas.
- Leverage professional networks and digital sourcing platforms to find strong candidates for diverse roles.
- Create and implement tailored talent attraction strategies.
- Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion by utilizing recruitment processes and policies that support and enhance workforce inclusivity.
- Work alongside the people team to support talent development pathways, succession planning, and employee retention.
- Coordinate with Egis Group and regional teams to facilitate global talent mobility.
- Support organizational change by guiding adaptations in talent acquisition systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and contribute to advancing sustainability objectives.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum three years of recruitment experience in internal or agency roles, preferably within engineering, consulting, or architectural sectors.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and enthusiasm for building collaborative internal relationships.
- A proactive and consultative approach to recruitment challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Prior experience with the LiveHire recruitment platform is highly advantageous.
