Job description
Role Overview
The System Security Engineer will provide both front-end and back-end technical support for the resort's security systems, including CCTV and Access Control Systems. This role involves carrying out corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure continuous and effective system operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive support for security systems such as CCTV and Access Control Systems within the resort.
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on all security-related systems.
- Respond promptly to critical system faults to minimize operational disruptions.
- Document and update reports on system fault rectifications.
- Manage the inventory of security system components and spare parts to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Handle installation and upgrades for security systems aligned with infrastructure modifications.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Possess a Diploma, Higher NITEC, or NITEC qualification from a recognized institute.
- Experience in CCTV or card access system operations is preferred.
- Technical background or experience in electrical or electronic work is essential.
- Knowledge of IT networking is a beneficial addition but not mandatory.
- Ability and willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
