The firm serves a broad spectrum of clients across Ireland, including SMEs and large corporations. Their product offerings include SaaS-based Time & Attendance and Scheduling software, web-based and on-premise Payroll software, fully managed Payroll Bureau services, and specialized payroll processing support for independent bureaus and international payroll providers.
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Support Specialist in Payroll to join our team based at our Sandyford office in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess strong payroll expertise and enjoy assisting customers, addressing payroll software queries, and resolving issues effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to clients with payroll-related questions and guidance on software functions through phone and email communication.
- Diagnose and resolve software-related problems, including configuration and integration issues.
- Escalate complex challenges appropriately and oversee them until resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions provided.
- Develop and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Deliver training sessions and webinars to customers as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Relevant IPASS qualification or an equivalent credential.
- Practical experience with Irish payroll systems and familiarity with payroll legislation.
- Hands-on usage of Quantum Payroll software.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills with careful attention to detail.
- Capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment.
