Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Specialist responsible for driving the execution and upkeep of our essential operational systems, including ERP management, supply chain logistics, and inventory control. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations, you will be the central figure ensuring alignment across teams and that operational plans are accomplished flawlessly and timely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the accuracy and team adoption of Sixone’s ERP system, ensuring it reflects current workflows and operational data.
• Identify and escalate system issues and propose improvements to senior leadership.
• Coordinate supply chain logistics by overseeing inbound/outbound shipments, monitoring lead times, and liaising with vendors and internal partners.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Consolidate dispersed supply chain roles into a unified, accountable function.
• Maintain precise real-time inventory records and implement measures to reduce discrepancies, losses, and stock shortages.
• Own the complete management of incoming feedstock, including receipt, storage, labeling, tracking, and transformation into TPA.
• Track all quantities, locations, and statuses of feedstock and finished products, ensuring rigorous documentation and quality assurance reporting.
• Support production scheduling and capacity tracking, proactively communicating needs and forecasts to both production and business development teams.
• Act as the primary operational liaison across departments, addressing workflow bottlenecks and ensuring continuous progress and communication.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related roles within product-focused companies.
• Proven experience managing ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Cin7, or Fishbowl.
• Strong execution skills with an ability to document workflows and follow through on tasks thoroughly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling collaboration across teams without direct supervisory authority.
• Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment where processes may be under development.
• Resident of or willing to relocate to Vancouver, BC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in consumer goods, sustainability, or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience managing third-party logistics and freight operations.
• Certification in APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalents.
• Prior experience working in startup or small team settings.
