Role Overview
Join a vibrant organization in Dubai as a Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing comprehensive supply chain activities. Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives effectively.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes ensuring seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain robust partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and business associates.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to enhance stock management.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify and act on improvement areas.
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, operations, finance, and warehouse teams to synchronize efforts.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives while upholding quality standards.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.

Required Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or operational roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of inventory control, forecasting, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective negotiation and communication capabilities.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain/data analysis software tools.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and enhance operational workflows.
- Leadership skills capable of managing and working within cross-functional teams.
