The Burger’s Priest is looking for a Supervisor to join the Waterloo restaurant team. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced hospitality work and wants to contribute to a workplace that values individuality, teamwork, and a positive atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and train team members to deliver the company’s high service standard.
• Set clear expectations and check in regularly with the team to keep performance on track.
• Work with guidance and feedback from senior management.
• Independently open and close the restaurant as the key holder.
• Handle cash deposit reconciliation.
• Place supply orders and complete inventory counts.
• Resolve customer issues and make sure guests leave satisfied.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• A friendly, upbeat attitude and enthusiasm in day-to-day work.
• Genuine interest in food and in delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Food Handler certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort working both collaboratively and independently.
• Ability to stay composed in a busy, high-pressure setting.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot environment.
