Role Overview

The Supervisor will serve as the key on-site leader responsible for the hands-on management of daily construction operations. This role involves direct oversight and coordination of site labor and subcontractors to ensure that warehouse construction projects align with the innovative design specifications and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site labor along with various subcontracted teams to drive daily construction activities.
• Maintain operational efficiency to ensure timely progress on project timelines.
• Promote and enforce rigorous health and safety standards across the construction site.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all construction aligns with approved engineering plans and project requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least ten years of direct supervisory experience in the construction field.
• Specific, documented experience in warehouse construction.
• Strong leadership skills coupled with expert knowledge of construction drawings and steadfast commitment to maintaining site safety protocols.
