Key Responsibilities

• Support the exhibition team as an integral crew member
• Welcome and assist visitors throughout their experience
• Manage ticketing and entry checks
• Distribute and collect audio guides and virtual reality devices
• Monitor exhibition rooms for safety and proper behavior
• Sell admission tickets and merchandise items
• Operate a modern touchscreen point-of-sale system
• Participate in labeling and displaying merchandise products
• Ensure overall cleanliness and order within the venue

Candidate Profile

• Enrolled at a university or technical college
• At least 18 years old
• Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed presentation
• Strong guest-service and hospitality mindset
• Enjoy engaging with visitors
• Excellent command of German; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous
