Role Overview

We seek an experienced Learning and Development professional to design, implement, and grow our company's learning initiatives. This foundational role entails setting the strategic vision for learning, enhancing existing programs, and launching new ones that support the continuous growth of employees, managers, and leaders. The role encompasses managing learning throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to leadership development—and requires both strategic focus and hands-on delivery. The position reports directly to the Head of People and collaborates closely with organizational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and lead SentiLink's learning strategy by identifying skill gaps and prioritizing impactful programs.
  • Develop and refine learning initiatives covering onboarding, fraud education, manager and leadership development, and ongoing employee growth.
  • Partner with leaders to assess capability requirements and create relevant learning solutions enhancing individual and organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate dynamic workshops and training sessions tailored for employees at various levels.
  • Enhance accessibility and dissemination of knowledge via scalable resources and self-service platforms.
  • Evaluate learning program effectiveness using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the principal owner of learning and development, balancing long-term planning with practical execution.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years in learning and development, consulting, organizational effectiveness, or related fields with experience in building and scaling educational programs.
  • Skilled in delivering engaging presentations and facilitating diverse audiences.
  • Strong program management capabilities with a proven track record of independently advancing initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Adept at designing engaging and practical learning interventions for adult learners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary range between $155,000 and $200,000 plus equity and additional benefits.
