Role Overview
The company seeks a senior Workday Alliances leader for North Asia, responsible for developing and expanding strategic partnerships with Workday and its ecosystem across ASEAN and Greater China (GCR). This position focuses on generating demand, managing revenue pipelines, and leading joint market strategies with Workday and its partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Workday relationship in North Asia, including ASEAN and GCR field engagements, governance, and joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Drive pipeline and revenue influenced or sourced by Workday and its ecosystem partners.
- Identify and bring onboard strategic Workday partners such as systems integrators and specialist collaborators regionally.
- Develop and implement collaborative GTM plans targeting Workday customers with focus on Singapore, South Korea, Greater China, Hong Kong, and other ASEAN countries.
- Manage Workday integrations and technical upgrades, coordinating with Product and Technology teams to meet regional needs.
- Activate and sustain revenue-producing Workday ecosystem partnerships including general and specialist integrators and value-added resellers.
- Enhance deal flow velocity, revenue generation, and conversion rate metrics.
- Promote and facilitate Workday field engagements and GTM motions within the region.
Success Indicators
- Pipeline and revenue sourced or influenced by Workday within ASEAN and GCR markets.
- Number of actively revenue-generating Workday ecosystem partners.
- Improved deal velocity and conversion ratios.
- Adoption and engagement with Workday GTM initiatives in the field.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably Singapore-based with extensive coverage across North Asia, ASEAN, and GCR regions.
- 7 to 10+ years' experience managing Workday partnerships, alliances, or related ecosystem engagements.
- Strong expertise in Workday’s operations, partner ecosystem, and field structure covering the specified markets.
- Proven success in crafting and executing GTM strategies that expand pipeline and revenue in North Asia.
- Commercially savvy with excellent credibility when engaging senior stakeholders across varied regional cultures.

- Compensation includes gross base salary plus target commissions in commercial roles, quoted in USD but localized to your country’s currency.
