Position Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager based in the United States to play a critical role as an analytical partner in guiding significant business decisions, strategic planning, and growth efforts within a fast-growing healthcare organization. This position entails financial modeling, business strategy formulation, and operational insights to assess new opportunities and aid executive leadership in making informed choices.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams across operations, growth, network, and product to analyze potential ventures, expansion plans, partnerships, and strategic projects.
Construct comprehensive financial models and business cases grounded in real-world operational metrics and unit economics.
Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and strategic assumptions.
Convert sophisticated financial data into clear, actionable recommendations supported by executive-quality presentations.
Lead financial forecasting and modeling efforts for new initiatives from conception to pilot to scaling stages.
Develop analytical frameworks, key performance indicators, reporting mechanisms, and data models for emerging business lines.
Work closely with executive leadership on M&A and corporate development, assisting with opportunity evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning.
Prepare acquisition valuations, partnership assessments, and strategic documents to support leadership and board decision-making.
Assist with capital raise processes including investor documentation, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Coordinate with FP&A leadership on business planning, forecasting, and select financial operations.
Engage cross-functionally to enhance decision-making and support wider finance initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

3 to 6 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, top-tier strategy consulting, or strategic finance/corporate development at a high-growth company.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling with emphasis on clarity, scalability, and audit readiness.
Solid business acumen to recognize when financial assumptions may diverge from commercial realities.
Capability to switch between detailed quantitative analysis and delivering high-level strategic guidance to executives.
Proven aptitude for structuring ambiguous challenges, prioritizing effectively, and meeting tight deadlines.
Strong sense of ownership paired with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including preparation of clear executive-level materials.
Preferably skilled in working with data analytically (SQL proficiency or equivalent preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, science, or related quantitative fields preferred.
Experience in healthcare services, health insurance, value-based care, or related sectors is an advantage.
Prior exposure to M&A evaluations, strategic partnerships, or corporate development initiatives preferred.
