Role Overview

The Storekeeper position is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh. The primary responsibility involves efficiently handling incoming stock through receiving, unloading, inspecting, and accurately labeling items. The role demands effective inventory management, including organizing storage areas, monitoring stock levels, and tracking expiry dates where needed. The storekeeper also prepares materials for distribution within the clinic, ensuring precise packing and documentation. Maintaining a safe and orderly storage environment is essential, along with adherence to clinic policies and health and safety regulations. The position requires close coordination with procurement and clinical teams to support continuous operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in inventory control and management, including thorough documentation and stock reconciliation.
• Competence in safely unloading and packing materials to facilitate smooth internal distribution.
• Ability to operate forklifts or equivalent material-handling machinery with strict compliance to safety standards and equipment maintenance.
• Prior work experience in storekeeping or related warehousing roles, preferably within healthcare or clinical environments.
• Strong record-keeping capabilities, familiarity with inventory management software, and adherence to standardized workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and teamwork abilities, working closely with clinical, procurement, and administrative departments.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills; vocational qualifications in logistics or warehouse operations are advantageous.
