Role Overview

We are seeking to hire a Supervisor for our Mullingar store who shares our passion for animal welfare and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by providing personalised advice and maintaining a welcoming, neat store environment.
• Manage product merchandising and inventory to create an appealing shopping experience, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, minimizing stock discrepancies, and upholding inventory standards.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to motivate, guide, and support the sales team as a keyholder, sharing product expertise and fostering open communication.
• Drive business objectives by keeping pet needs central to all activities and meeting set targets.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a supervisory or keyholder role is essential.
• A genuine affection for animals, with enthusiasm displayed upon interacting with pets.
• Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience tailored to individual pet and owner requirements.
