Role Overview

As the Store Manager for an Amazon Now dark store, you will oversee the complete operational lifecycle of the facility, ensuring smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, and team oversight. The position demands maintaining strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and manpower allocation to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of dark store operations including inventory tracking and timely dispatch of orders.
• Supervise and guide the store team for daily performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety protocols.
• Plan and allocate workforce effectively to maintain service levels.
• Drive key performance metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and operational output.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong management skills with experience in retail or warehouse operations.
• Competence in inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate manpower planning effectively.

Additional Information

This role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires presence onsite to coordinate all facets of store operations.
Salary range offered: INR 30,000 to 40,000 per month.
