Role Overview

As a Store Colleague, you will be key in delivering exceptional customer experiences daily by greeting shoppers warmly, offering assistance, and ensuring our products excite and engage. You will maintain store presentation with attentive stock replenishment, clean and appealing displays, and uphold high standards of service and appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers confidently and enthusiastically, providing friendly support to help them find preferred products.
• Utilize in-store tools to check inventory and share product options, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked shop floor with fresh, brand-aligned displays.
• Assist with daily store operations such as till work, restocking merchandise, and adhering to safety and store policies.
