Overview
As a Stock Controller at Louis Vuitton in London, you will oversee the precise management of inventory to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to delivering a premium retail experience. Established in 1854 in Paris, Louis Vuitton is recognized worldwide for its superior craftsmanship, innovative designs, and enduring elegance. The brand’s extensive product range includes iconic trunks, leather goods, ready-to-wear apparel, shoes, accessories, watches, and fine jewelry, all embodying a heritage of exceptional savoir-faire and adventurous spirit. Your role will support maintaining this legacy through meticulous stock handling and client-focused service.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain stock rooms for merchandise and packaging materials.
- Coordinate delivery reception and timely replenishment of stock to the sales floor.
- Conduct daily inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Communicate proactively with the Supply Chain to optimize product availability and manage stock requests.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock records.
- Prepare sales areas with necessary materials to assist Client Advisors.
- Manage administrative tasks including office, uniform, and kitchen supplies specific to location needs.
- Comply with company procedures and internal audit standards.
- Oversee store maintenance activities when required.
- Handle cash operations and process expense reimbursements accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to meet business goals.
- Support Client Advisors to enhance customer service flow and address client requirements.
- Exhibit initiative in problem identification and solution implementation.
- Continuously develop comprehensive knowledge of brand products.
- Maintain Louis Vuitton's standards regarding personal presentation and professional conduct.
