About the Role

At Aldi, each working day is unique and dynamic. As a Stock Assistant, you will be central to ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your responsibilities will include managing deliveries, replenishing shelf stock efficiently, and providing excellent customer service, all contributing to a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer courteous and efficient service to customers
• Replenish shelves rapidly and arrange products attractively
• Inspect delivered goods for quality and remove items not meeting Aldi's standards

Candidate Profile

• Friendly, approachable, and supportive towards customers and colleagues
• Capable of stocking products swiftly to maintain product availability
• Dependable, flexible, and enthusiastic with a proactive approach in a fast-paced setting
• Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required as attitude is prioritized
