Position Summary

Etihad Rail is looking for a Station Host who can represent the passenger service with warmth, professionalism, and a strong customer-first approach. This role serves as a visible ambassador for Etihad Rail Mobility’s passenger train operations, helping ensure journeys are safe, comfortable, and pleasant for travelers.

The Station Host works under the Station Supervisor and supports smooth station operations by greeting passengers, offering information, resolving routine queries, and helping maintain service standards across the station.

Key Duties

  • Receive passengers at the station and assist with questions, ticketing, train schedules, and service details.

  • Help keep station spaces clean, well arranged, and presentable, including waiting zones, washrooms, and platforms.

  • Handle passenger questions, concerns, and requests quickly and courteously.
