State Head Collection Manager (Personal Loan Collection)

About the Role

KISSHT & RING (NBFC), a leading digital lending platform operated by Onemi Technology Solutions Limited, is expanding its recovery operations in Bangalore and across Karnataka. They are seeking experienced, driven leaders to head personal loan collection teams in various locations throughout Bangalore and other parts of Karnataka, including Nagavara, Marthahalli, Nagasandra, Yelahanka, Hegdenagar, Kadubisanahalli, Kalyanagar, Deepanjali Nagar, Nagarabhavi, KR Puram, Thippasandra, Maruthi Seva Nagar, Hebbal, Indra Nagar, Whitefield, Mahadevapura, Nayandahalli, and Halsur. The role also involves overseeing operations at a pan-India level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage teams responsible for collection and recovery of personal loans to meet the company's financial goals. Ensure strategic planning and operational execution in the field-based collection environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or related financial operations.
• Must possess a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license to fulfill field-based duties.
• Language proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, and English is required.
• No age restrictions for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a salary of up to Rs. 50,000 per month based on experience. Additional performance-based incentives and standard company benefits are provided.
