Job description

About the Role

We seek a proactive and highly organized Startup Relations & Programmes Executive to support VentureBlick's international accelerator, market entry, and in-market programmes. This role involves closely managing day-to-day relationships with overseas startups entering Singapore and coordinating programme activities efficiently across internal teams and external partners. It is suited for someone passionate about startups, relationship management, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing international accelerator and market entry programmes.
  • Act as the primary contact for startups during the entire programme duration.
  • Coordinate schedules for workshops, meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Help startups prepare for Singapore market entry activities and business meetings.
  • Liaise with government bodies, hospitals, clinicians, mentors, investors, corporate partners, and other ecosystem participants.
  • Develop programme materials, presentations, briefing notes, trackers, and reports.
  • Monitor startup progress, meeting results, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and regional teams to provide a smooth programme experience.
  • Conduct market and stakeholder research to support engagements and activities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving programme workflows and participant experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • Recent graduates or professionals with up to two years’ relevant experience.
  • Internship or employment experience in startup accelerators, incubators, venture builders, innovation programmes, or startup ecosystems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging international startups and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines meticulously.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with genuine interest in startups and innovation.
