About the Role

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing various learning and talent development programs, contributing to a continuous learning culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete delivery process of talent development initiatives including orientation, leadership, soft skills, and enterprise learning programs.

  • Source, coordinate, and communicate with external training vendors, managing proposals, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute professional program communications, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Support training communications by creating content to highlight learning initiatives and events.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities that foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Contribute to process improvements, digital transformations, and documentation efforts within the Talent Development & Management function.
  • Provide support for enterprise-wide HR and talent projects as needed.
