Overview
Welo Data is seeking native-level Spanish (Spain) speakers to take part in a professional studio recording assignment in Berlin. The work is focused on natural speech capture rather than acting, and no previous experience is necessary. What matters most is speaking with clarity, confidence, and a collaborative attitude.
Role Summary
This opportunity is for people who can read and speak naturally in the target language while being recorded in a studio environment. You will not need to memorize lines or perform as an actor; instead, you will help create authentic spoken content by following simple direction from the studio team.
What the Work Involves
- Delivering clear, confident speech in your dialect during recording sessions.
- Adding natural improvisation when needed so the recording sounds smooth and realistic.
- Following easy recording instructions from the studio staff.
No acting background and no memorization are required.
Project Details
- Start date: March 2026.
- Assignment length: 3 weeks, with a chance of being extended.
- Time commitment: 4 hours per day, up to 2 days in the studio within a week.
- Engagement type: Freelance / independent contract.
- Work location: Berlin, Germany, on-site in a recording studio.
- Language needed: Spanish (Spain).
- Pay rate: $44 per hour.
Requirements
- Native-level command of the target language.
- Comfort speaking publicly in a professional studio setting.
- Ability to hold a normal conversation for 2 to 5 minutes in a clear, natural voice.
- Dependability and willingness to attend in-person recording sessions.
- Experience in teaching, public speaking, customer service, or similar fields is an advantage, though not mandatory.
