About the Location
The role is based at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar in Doha. The property offers beachfront luxury living with 161 fully furnished apartments, 84 private residences, a private beach, landscaped gardens, a spa, pools, and seven restaurants and bars, including an upcoming Joël Robuchon concept.
Role Overview
The Spa Therapist will join the pre-opening spa team and deliver body treatments in line with Four Seasons procedures and service standards. The role focuses on creating a calm, restorative experience for guests while maintaining professionalism, product knowledge, and a service-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver body, facial, and related spa treatments according to established Four Seasons methods and standards.
- Welcome guests courteously, guide them to changing areas and treatment rooms, and maintain a polished and reassuring presence.
- Prepare treatment and shower rooms so they are fully stocked, clean, hygienic, and compliant with company expectations.
- Stay informed about spa services, treatment options, and product offerings so guest questions can be answered confidently.
- Be aware of all hotel facilities and services in order to support guests effectively.
- Notice guest preferences and needs, check satisfaction, and respond quickly and appropriately to requests or concerns.
- Escalate complaints to management when required.
- Promote spa products in a way that matches guest needs and supports department sales goals.
- Contribute to revenue growth by helping achieve sales targets assigned by management.
- Work collaboratively with the team while bringing an upbeat, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have a strong understanding of treatment protocols and previous experience in a luxury resort or hotel environment. The role suits someone who thrives in a busy setting, communicates well, and maintains high standards in every guest interaction.
Working Conditions
A flexible schedule is required, including availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays. The hotel will handle work authorization for the selected candidate.
