Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard treatments and personalized spa experiences based on guest needs and training guidelines.
• Establish rapport with guests by engaging with them, noting their preferences, and maintaining relevant records.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa treatments and current promotions to inform and assist guests effectively.
• Complete thorough treatment handovers, follow up on guest satisfaction, and address any concerns promptly.
• Adhere to scheduled rosters and appointment bookings to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory of professional supplies and stock to meet daily requirements.
• Strictly follow spa's operating procedures and policies to maintain service quality.
• Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean, hygienic, and well maintained.
• Work towards achieving hotel sales targets for spa services and products.
• Support demonstrations and events as needed.
• Commit to training programs led by Spa Manager and Head Therapist.
• Apply manufacturers' product usage guidelines precisely without exceeding specified amounts.
• Prioritize safety by supervising spa equipment use and adhering to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Maintain personal appearance and hygiene standards in line with company policy.
• Be punctual and prepared ahead of scheduled treatments.
• Accurately document daily sales figures.
• Remain adaptable and responsible for all assigned duties.
• Assist at reception when required, supporting team collaboration.
• Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism towards guests and colleagues consistently.
