About the Company

Another Level General Trading LLC, situated in Abu Dhabi, UAE, operates as an international sourcing and distribution firm engaged in diverse trading activities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sourcing, Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator responsible for overseeing the entire process from supplier identification and purchase order management through to the final goods delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage coordination of international shipments across air, sea, and land transport modes.
Generate and prepare necessary shipping and customs documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (COO), HS Codes, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Serve as the liaison among freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate freight rate quotations to secure optimal terms.
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal departments.
Assist in supplier sourcing activities, conduct price comparisons, and support procurement tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

Between 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping with specific exposure within the UAE market.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Comprehensive understanding of import/export regulations and customs protocols.
Proficiency in English communications is essential; knowledge of Arabic is considered advantageous.
Competence in Microsoft Excel and Outlook applications.
Experience handling dangerous goods in compliance with IATA and IMDG regulations is beneficial but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary offered is AED 4000 per month.
Employment visa and medical insurance coverage are provided as part of the employment package.
