Action DnA, a renowned training company with 18 years of experience, seeks a Soft Skills Trainer based in Madurai or Trichy. This freelance, part-time opportunity targets professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience delivering soft skills training primarily in college settings. Candidates should be graduates or postgraduates proficient in English and Tamil, who can effectively conduct engaging training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement soft skills training programs aligned to organizational goals, including curriculum design, material development, and assessment creation.
• Deliver interactive training sessions to enhance participant engagement and knowledge retention.
• Perform needs analyses to evaluate participants' current skills and plan subsequent learning outcomes.
• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and course evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR managers from Corporates and MSMEs to tailor and execute training initiatives.
• Create supporting learning materials such as handouts, workbooks, and presentations.
• Facilitate training sessions either face-to-face or via online platforms using web conferencing tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in soft skills training or as an English teacher, preferably within college environments.
• Strong command of English and Tamil languages.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Effective organizational skills with strong motivational capabilities.

Compensation and Additional Details

This freelance opportunity offers compensation between INR 4,000 and INR 5,000 per day. The location of work is Madurai or Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.
