Soft Service Executive

Overview

We are looking for a diligent Soft Services Executive to oversee and support the daily soft service activities at our facilities located in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role demands a professional with a robust background in Facilities Management, adept at maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, and pest control operations at designated sites.
• Supervise service personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to guarantee adherence to service quality and SLA requirements.
• Perform regular inspections and audits to uphold operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene protocols, and company policies.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless service provision.
• Compile and maintain operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage staffing, attendance records, and schedules efficiently.
• Address and resolve client complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Support initiatives relating to sustainability and effective waste management.
• Leverage CAFM systems for managing work orders, reporting, and service coordination.

Requirements

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in Facilities Management or Soft Services operations.
• Must have a background specifically in Facilities Management related to commercial properties.
• BICS certification or equivalent training is preferred.
• Proficient in using CAFM software systems.
• Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Strong abilities in communication, coordination, and team leadership.
• Valid UAE driving license is compulsory.
