Job Summary

Millennium Fashions Industries Ltd is hiring a creative, driven Digital Content Creator for its Sharjah location. The role focuses on producing engaging digital assets that strengthen the brand’s online presence and help drive growth across social media and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create compelling content for social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Produce visuals, reels, short-form videos, captions, and written posts that match the brand voice.
• Organize and update content calendars to support regular publishing.
• Contribute to website copy and blog content as needed.
• Assist in preparing email marketing content and basic funnel materials.
• Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to align content with business goals.
• Track post performance and engagement data to guide improvements.
• Keep up with new digital content trends, with particular attention to the fashion sector.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in digital content creation, social media management, or a comparable position is expected.
• Strong writing ability and elementary design skills are needed.
• Comfort with major social media platforms and current content trends is important.
• Working knowledge of SEO and analytics will be considered an advantage.
• Good communication and time-management abilities are required.
• An interest in fashion or apparel is a plus.
