Role Overview
This remote contract position involves creating, producing, and publishing engaging content across major social media platforms to enhance the company's brand presence and interaction. The candidate will design and implement social media campaigns aligned with business objectives, optimize profiles and post performance, and work closely with internal teams to feature property listings, market developments, and corporate updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish social media content that drives brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and execute targeted social media marketing campaigns consistent with the company’s goals.
- Optimize social media accounts and posts to improve audience reach and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to present properties, industry insights, and company news effectively.
- Monitor social media analytics, produce performance reports, and suggest enhancements informed by data and trends.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production, editing, and social media marketing with the ability to enhance platform performance.
- Exceptional communication and writing abilities to create clear, persuasive content aligning with brand voice.
- Experience in devising content strategies that support marketing and business objectives.
- Knowledge of real estate or property marketing, particularly visual storytelling for listings, is advantageous.
- Experience interpreting social media analytics and preparing engagement and reach reports.
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote environment, meet deadlines, and coordinate with international teams.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, including scheduling and basic graphic/video editing tools.
