About the Role
Join Deloitte Shared Services India as a SOAR Developer in the Consultant/Assistant Manager position based in Mumbai. You will work with cutting-edge security orchestration platforms to enhance automation and integration capabilities, contributing significantly to global and regional cybersecurity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine automation playbooks for Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms, preferably Palo Alto XSOAR.
- Develop and deploy bespoke integrations with various third-party applications using Python programming.
- Manage SOAR platform infrastructure by performing setup, configuration, upgrades, and data maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in playbooks or integrations to ensure uninterrupted SOAR service availability.
- Participate in and support a 24x7 rotational shift work pattern.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in SOAR platform development and administration.
- Demonstrated proficiency with SOAR solutions, especially with Palo Alto XSOAR.
- Strong Python programming skills geared towards scripting and workflow automation.
- Experience crafting custom connectors, scripts, and automations within SOAR ecosystems.
- Knowledge of SOAR system administration including health checks, backups, restores, and performance optimization.
