About the Role

Golden Goose is looking for a creative and customer-focused professional to help shape a memorable in-store experience in Dubai. This role blends artistry, personalization, and client engagement to turn brand pieces into distinctive products that reflect each customer’s style and identity.

Mission

The Sneaker Maker position is built around co-creation services, where GG products are customized into unique pieces tailored to client preferences. Beyond creating custom sneakers, the role is about building genuine connections, offering an empathetic and highly personalized experience, and strengthening long-term relationships with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to co-create personalized Golden Goose products using drawing and illustration methods.
• Lead customers through a distinctive co-creation journey while keeping the brand story and values consistent throughout the store experience.
• Contribute actively to sales targets by supporting cross-selling and upselling, as well as assisting with pre-sale and post-sale tasks such as inventory handling and loyalty-related activities.
• Make sure customers are registered correctly on the Golden App to support segmentation and customer profiling.
• Keep the co-creation space neat, well-presented, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing routines, inventory control, and compliance with GDPR plus health and safety requirements.
• Use digital and IT systems effectively, including Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth, to improve workflow and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage in a diverse workplace.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred and considered a plus.
• Good problem-solving ability along with effective time management.
• Creative hand-drawing and artistic capabilities, including marker work, watercolor, acrylic painting, small embroidery, and basic sewing.
• Empathy, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing business and customer needs.
• Minimum high school education; a background in design is preferred.
