About the Role
PROINFRA seeks experienced Site Supervisors specializing in civil engineering to oversee on-site operations across residential and commercial construction projects in major cities such as Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Delhi. Ideal candidates will demonstrate aptitude in coordinating teams, managing vendor relations, and ensuring execution discipline.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily execution activities including civil works, finishing, and interior tasks as relevant.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and various vendors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Guarantee quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines are consistently met.
- Track material utilization closely to minimize wastage.
- Address and resolve site-level challenges promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed Daily Progress Reports and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure all work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in billing measurements and maintain comprehensive site documentation.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in site supervision.
- Sound understanding of civil works, finishing, and interiors.
- Proven capability to manage labor teams and handle multiple vendor interactions.
- Basic knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical drawings, and measurement procedures.
- Good communication skills, ideally fluent in the local language with basic English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel across project sites within the city.

- Experience managing residential apartments, villas, or interior fit-out projects.
- Background in facility management or maintenance-related assignments.
- Ability to oversee multiple project sites or adapt to fast-paced execution settings.
