Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily labor attendance, track material availability, and ensure effective completion of site tasks in collaboration with the Site Engineer and Foreman across various construction locations in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily attendance of laborers and onsite staff accurately.
- Monitor stock of materials and promptly notify Site Engineer of any shortages.
- Ensure timely execution of daily assignments as delegated by the Site Engineer.
- Work alongside the Foreman to allocate suitable tasks to laborers each day.
- Track daily progress of work and report updates to the Site Engineer.
- Guarantee adherence to safety protocols and proper use of safety equipment every day on site.
- Assist in maintaining site documentation including attendance logs and material inventories.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in supervising activities on construction sites.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and site operations.
- Proficient in Hindi; basic conversational English is advantageous.
- Physically robust and capable of working full days onsite.

Location: Various construction sites throughout Delhi NCR.
Reporting to: Site Engineer.
