Role Overview
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for daily oversight of either a large construction site or several smaller ones, ensuring adherence to company processes and procedures. Your duties include guaranteeing on-time, on-budget project delivery while upholding the highest standards in Health & Safety, Environmental compliance, and Quality.
You will coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members, provide leadership and motivation, and manage overall site operations. For complex or segmented projects, you might collaborate within a larger on-site team or function as the senior site leader. You’ll proactively manage challenges, resolve issues, and adjust plans as project scopes evolve.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Third-level education or trade qualification relevant to construction.
- Preferably over five years of comparable site management experience in the construction industry.
- Competence in project planning, organizing, and delivering within defined scopes, timelines, and budgets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Deep understanding of construction techniques, materials, and applicable building regulations.
- Experience applying Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards on-site.
- Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
