Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Site Engineer to oversee daily construction site activities. The candidate will supervise work execution to ensure safety, adherence to timeline, and conformity with approved plans, specifications, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily construction operations at the site.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, foremen, and project teams to facilitate smooth and efficient site work.
- Compile and submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Raise inspection requests with the QA/QC department when necessary.
- Track labor, equipment, and material deployment to meet productivity goals.
- Verify that all activities conform to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of three years' experience in building construction projects.
