Job Overview

Seeking a meticulous and committed Site Engineer or Civil/Chemical Engineer to supervise construction operations at project sites located in Boisar, Palghar, Maharashtra. The role demands ensuring timely project completion within budgetary constraints while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and construction processes.
• Verify that work aligns with design plans, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and various project participants.
• Track project milestones and compile regular status reports on daily and weekly bases.
• Efficiently manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Uphold strict compliance with safety guidelines and conduct quality inspections.
• Perform site audits and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all site-related operations.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Educational qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; Diploma holders are also welcome to apply.
• Relevant site experience ranging from 1 to 5 years; fresh graduates considered for entry-level positions.
• Solid understanding of construction techniques and materials is essential.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness and capacity to operate on construction sites and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference for candidates residing within or near the operational area.
• Immediate availability for joining is an advantage.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges from 15000 to 30000 INR.
