Key Responsibilities

• Engage with "Brilliant Factory" and other IT-driven manufacturing systems, blending IT expertise with manufacturing specialization.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of a technical field along with analytical and technical skills to implement policies and strategies effectively.
• Understand best practices and the integration of your functional area with others, maintaining awareness of competitive market factors that set the company apart.
• Exercise judgment to propose innovative solutions beyond defined parameters for complex manufacturing processes involving technical variety and interdependent production cycles, using multiple internal and limited external information sources.
• Serve as a resource to less experienced colleagues, lead small low-risk projects, facilitate information sharing, foster consensus within the team, communicate performance expectations, and handle confidential matters.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience preferred, with knowledge level equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or relevant experience in lieu of formal education.
