Position Overview

Join a dynamic and community-centred team as a Shift Supervisor at Cobra Coffee, the proud Starbucks UK franchised partner located in Chippenham, England. In this role, you will take charge of shifts, leading baristas to deliver the renowned Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service, premium beverages, and quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead and manage shifts, motivating your team and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
Assign roles, prioritize tasks, and organize resources to drive store performance and profitability.
Support and inspire team members by identifying coaching moments and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, while adhering to safety, cash handling, and operational policies.
Consistently produce high-quality beverages and food items following recipe and presentation standards, alongside observing health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Actively anticipate, address, and resolve any issues during shifts to maintain an optimal customer experience.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Previous experience in coaching or supervisory roles within customer-facing environments.
Proven ability to lead operational activities in retail or hospitality settings effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced situations.

Working Conditions

The role includes varied shifts which may involve early mornings, evenings, and weekends due to store operations.
