- Compile settlement-related reports and keep operational records accurate and up to date.
- Support system upgrades, user acceptance testing, operational initiatives, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- A diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, or bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in settlement, payment, banking, or financial operations.
- Prior exposure to fintech, banking, payment services, financial services, or a payment institution is considered beneficial.
- Working knowledge of payment processing, reconciliation, transaction lifecycles, and day-to-day payment operations.
- Familiarity with card schemes such as Visa or Mastercard, or with payment rails like FAST, GIRO, and PayNow, is an advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Careful, organised, and highly detail-focused, with good analytical and troubleshooting ability.
- Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and also contributing well in a team setting.
- Able to stay effective under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
