Role overview
This opportunity is for a ServiceNow GRC professional who will design and improve governance, risk, and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on building scalable implementations that support business requirements while keeping performance, compliance, and platform governance in mind.
What you will do
- Create, enhance, and tune ServiceNow GRC solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Work across IRM, TPRM, Procurement, and related GRC capabilities.
- Set up workflows, business rules, scripts, UI actions, policies, dashboards, and reports.
- Convert business inputs into technical designs that can be scaled and maintained.
- Run workshops and demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions.
- Build and support integrations with REST APIs and Integration Hub for secure data movement.
- Contribute to risk, compliance, audit, and business continuity activities.
- Take part in Agile/Scrum delivery cycles, UAT, release coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain strong platform standards around performance, governance, and compliance.
- Guide and assist junior developers where needed.
Skills and experience needed
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and TPRM modules.
- Working knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Understanding of audit processes, risk assessment, and business continuity planning.
- Practical experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, integrations, and reporting.
- Comfort with Agile and Scrum-based delivery.
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability.
Education and certifications
A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required, and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC/IRM is preferred.
