Position Overview
Ristorante a Mano is hiring an immediately available service team member for a full-time role in Berlin. The position comes with a permanent employment contract and attractive working conditions. There is also an option to start in part-time hours first, with the possibility of moving into a full-time role later.
Compensation will be discussed individually and depends on your skills, educational background, and prior professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional support throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders and suggest suitable menu items and drinks when helpful.
- Serve meals and beverages in line with the restaurant’s service standards.
- Handle guest payments and complete billing accurately.
- Keep the restaurant workspace clean, tidy, and well organized.
Profile / Qualifications
- Previous experience working in the hospitality or restaurant sector.
- A strong guest-oriented mindset and a willingness to deliver excellent service.
- Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly.
- Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
