Service Leader - Slickline

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Slickline service and shop teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Participate in recruiting crews and managing disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Develop personnel by providing mentoring and hands-on training to crews.
• Ensure superior service delivery and customer satisfaction through strict adherence to established processes.
• Mentor and evaluate the competency of Slickline Service Supervisors, Operators, and Assistants.
• Provide expert guidance in job designs tailored to downhole conditions as part of service design.
• Engage with customers on-site to obtain feedback and resolve execution issues.
• Ensure all activities comply with Health, Management, and Safety (HMS) protocols and regulatory standards; apply Management of Change procedures when deviations occur.
• In some locations, responsibilities may extend to collecting job performance data, customer feedback, and handling job packet processing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Service Supervisor.
