Service And Kitchen Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Service and Kitchen Manager to direct the daily activities of both our front-of-house service team and kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding exceptional customer satisfaction, supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless restaurant functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations encompassing both service and kitchen areas.
• Lead and mentor service and kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally address customer feedback and complaints.
• Ensure food preparation, presentation, and quality comply with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety according to FSSAI regulations.
• Develop staff schedules ensuring proper manpower coverage during shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of stock.
• Manage billing processes, cash handling, and prepare daily sales reports.
• Train new hires and enforce compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with management to boost operational effectiveness and enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma holder in Hotel Management or a related discipline preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality operations.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, inventory control, and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The monthly remuneration ranges from 32000 to 35000 INR.
